Email Measurement Accuracy

As the co-chair of the Email Measurement Accuracy roundtable since April 2008, I have had the pleasure to lead an exciting team of thought leaders on the SAME project.  The SAME project is aimed at creating a set of industry standards and their adoption by ESPs.

List Growth & Engagement Roundtable

Since joining the roundtable in 2006, I have had the opportunity to contribute too many projects with the other members of the List Growth & Engagement roundtable.  The first project that the roundtable took on was “Determining the Value of an Email Address.”  The sample lifetime-value calculator that I contributed to the project is still used on their tools page today.  Here are some additional pieces by the List Growth & Engagement Roundtable to which I have contributed.
